Refunds, Cancellation & Disclaimer

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for purchases of CodeCheck, and important disclaimers about the nature of security scanning. It supplements our Terms & Conditions. All amounts are in U.S. dollars, and payments are processed by Stripe.

A Deep Scan is a one-time digital service that is delivered immediately. Because the service is consumed once the scan runs and the report is generated, Deep Scan purchases are generally non-refundable once the scan has been initiated.

If you were charged in error, were double-charged, or the scan failed due to a fault on our side and could not be completed, contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, re-run the scan or issue a refund.

The Pro subscription is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until cancelled. It includes unlimited deep scans, automated weekly monitoring with email alerts, and priority AI reports.

• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
• Billing errors. If you are charged after cancelling or are billed incorrectly, contact us and we will correct it.

You can cancel a subscription yourself through the billing portal (Manage subscription) inside the app. For refund requests or billing questions, email Dealer OS LLC at bekzod@dealer-os.io with your account email and the transaction details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law, including certain mandatory withdrawal or refund rights in some jurisdictions. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over the general terms above.

CodeCheck provides best-effort, automated security scanning. It is not a guarantee that your systems are secure, compliant, or free of vulnerabilities.

• Scans may not detect every vulnerability, and reported issues may include false positives or false negatives.
• A clean or passing scan does not mean an application is safe; security requires ongoing effort and professional judgment.
• You are solely responsible for evaluating, prioritizing, and remedying any issues, and for the security of your systems.
• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties, and our liability is limited as described in our Terms & Conditions.
